Pasquale (Pat) A. Pellegrini is the General Manager at Simmons Research (previously part of Experian Consumer Insights). At Experian Consumer Insights, Pat was the General Manager and Chief Research Officer for the Consumer Insights North American business. He is responsible for maintaining the highest data quality and research standards in the industry, and developing improved approaches to consumer insights measurement. Pat’s role expanded to GM in April 2015, and his team now includes data collection and quality, data management, statistical services & measurement science, custom research, product innovation & management, sales & client services for North America.
Prior to joining Experian, Pat was the EVP, Media & Entertainment and Digital Market Intelligence at GfK Custom Research NA where he led these two teams in maintaining thought leadership and driving innovation in digital research.
Previously, Pat was VP, Content & Product Management at The Weather Network, and VP International Research at comScore where he helped develop the next generation of online measurement. Pat has presented renowned and award-winning papers at conferences around the world, including a study on new passive media measurement technology.
Pat holds a Ph.D. in Geography from the State University of New York at Buffalo, a M.Sc. in Geography from McMaster University, and an Honours B.A. in Geography from McMaster University.

Kalyan Lanka – Chief Strategy Officer
Kalyan Lanka Heads up product innovation and strategy for Simmons Research, responsible for product management, product marketing and strategic partnerships.
Kalyan Lanka Heads up product innovation and strategy for Simmons Research (formerly part of Experian Marketing Services). Kalyan is responsible for product management, product marketing and strategic partnerships. In his role, his team focuses on cutting edge innovation in cross-channel consumer and media research. His team is also responsible for designing and executing corporate strategy. Prior to Simmons Research, Kalyan was the Head of Product & Strategy at Lotame, a Data Management Platform. Kalyan was responsible for Lotame’s product strategy and roadmap. His primary focus was creating a unified data management platform that showcased the value of data and uses beyond audience targeting. Prior to Lotame, Kalyan was Director of Product Management at comScore where he managed their International product management team responsible for product strategy and development in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Kalyan holds a Masters from Duke University and a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras.
Pyeush Gurha – Chief Technology Officer
Pyeush Gurha drives the measurement technology agenda for Simmons Research, including the design and development of sophisticated passive measurement technologies, streamlined data processing and reporting systems and advanced data collection processes.
As Chief Technology Officer, Pyeush Gurha drives the measurement technology agenda for Simmons Research, including the design and development of sophisticated passive measurement technologies, streamlined data processing and reporting systems and advanced data collection processes. Pyeush has more than 15 years of direct experience leading engineering teams working on development of syndicated analytics products and solutions using Media, Advertising and Shopper Data collected from panels and census means. As the CTO of Symphony Advanced Media he oversaw the development and commercialization of passive cross media technology and cloud based analytic platform that measures Video consumption and Advertisement exposure on Linear and Non Linear TV including OTT, SVOD and other digital platforms. In the process he contributed to more than 15 patents. Prior to that he was part of team at Information Resources Inc that developed the innovative Liquid Data Platform that delivers insights on Market Performance, Shopper Insights and In-Market execution to CPG & Retail companies.
Pyeush has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Nagpur University, India and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Symbiosis University, Pune India.

Throughout his career, Steven has maintained a focus on quantitative and statistical analysis, survey, research design and other applied research techniques. Prior to joining Simmons, Steven was Senior Vice President for Research at comScore, where he led the ad effectiveness line of business, along with all custom survey work, combining self-report with behavioral data.
Alan Resneck – Chief Financial Officer
Alan Resneck, Chief Financial Officer at Simmons, is a CPA with over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Alan Resneck, CFO at Simmons Research, is a CPA and with over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. His most recent position was CFO at AlphaImpactRx, a primary research firm to the pharmaceutical industry, which was recently sold to IMS Health. His other experience includes executive-level finance positions at Trion, Inc., XOS Technologies, People 2.0 and V-SPAN.
Jacqueline Anderson – Chief Client Officer
Jackie spear-heads Simmons’ client first strategy, bringing together both the syndicated and custom sales teams as well as the client engagement team to foster integrated and comprehensive client relationships.

Leveraging over 15 years of experience in the market research and client service space, Jackie brings together both the syndicated and custom sales teams as well as the client engagement team to foster integrated and comprehensive client relationships. Prior to joining Simmons, Jackie was the Director of Product Development for Social Media and Text Analytics at J.D. Power and Associates where she focused on finding ways to highlight and integrate the value of social media and text analytics for clients. There she helped companies maximize the value of social media in their relationships with their customers from both the marketing and service sides. Her work on social media and customer satisfaction won her a 2013 ARF Great Minds Award. Before joining J.D. Power, Jackie was a Senior Analyst at Forrester Research. As an award-winning expert in the field of consumer technology adoption, especially Millennials, she was cited in a variety of publications from The New York Times to The Wall Street Journal, online sources such as Mashable and ReadWriteWeb and contributed to the books, Marketing to Millennials and Groundswell. Prior to her work as an analyst, Jackie led Forrester’s global consumer research group, Consumer Technographics. As a research expert and innovative strategist, Jackie has spoken at and keynoted a variety of industry events. She holds an M.S from Boston University and a B.A. from Boston College.

He and his team are responsible for establishing and growing partnerships that span revenue generation, product development, and strategic initiatives, as well as identifying and executing strategic investments and acquisitions that align with Simmons’ strategic goals and growth objectives.
Prior to Simmons, Steve spent 13 years at comScore in senior roles within the Business Development and Product Management teams. Previously, he held roles in systems/process consulting at Accenture and product management/marketing at Adobe (formerly Macromedia).
Steve holds a BA degree from Harvard and an MBA from Darden/University of Virginia.

Karen is the Human Resources Director at Simmons Research, where she is responsible for recruiting, leadership development, learning, compensation, benefits and employee relations.

Prior to joining Simmons, Karen held a range of human resources roles with organizations including Sodexo, Genesis HealthCare and Golden Krust Bakery. Karen completed her studies at the University College of the Caribbean in Jamaica and currently resides in South Florida.
Matt Cumello – Sr. Director, Marketing
As Senior Director of Marketing at Simmons, Matt is responsible for marketing strategy and execution, including brand management, PR, marketing operations, demand generation and online marketing.

Matt has over 15 years of B2B marketing experience, having worked with both start-ups and established companies in market research and technology. Prior to joining Simmons, Matt ran marketing for AnyPresence, an enterprise mobile application platform startup, which he helped to position as an industry leader through aggressive PR and analyst relations efforts. Prior to that, he served as senior product marketing manager at comScore where he managed marketing strategy and execution for several syndicated products. At comScore, Matt conceptualized and implemented a marketing automation system that tripled the number of sales opportunities, and increased won opportunities by 500%.
Matt holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland, and currently resides in Northern Virginia.
